In August 2008, my entire world shattered. I lost my 11 year old daughter, Chanell, to a sudden asthma attack. One moment I was a mother of three…the next, I was a grieving mother learning how to breathe again.
At the time, I was also pregnant and raising two teenage sons. But in the thick of that unimaginable pain, I had no space to grieve properly. I did what so many mothers do, I stayed strong for everyone else. I buried my pain. I pushed through. I survived… but I wasn’t living.
It took years years of silent grief, deep soul work, and sacred remembering, to rediscover pieces of myself. And when I finally began to feel joy again, I knew I had to help other grieving mothers do the same.
Today, I’m a certified grief educator through David Kessler’s program. But more than that, I’m a mother who truly gets it. I’ve sat in the darkness. I’ve begged for one more moment. And I’ve learned how to carry my grief with grace, without guilt.
Now I help other moms do the same.
Who I Help & How I Help
You’re not “too broken.” You’re a mother in pain. And you deserve support. If that’s you… I see you. I was you. And I’ve created this space just for you.
The Mothers I Help
I work with grieving mothers who are tired of pretending they’re okay—those who wake with heaviness in their chest and feel unseen in their grief.
The Hidden Struggle
Mothers who smile for their families but cry in secret. Mothers who’ve been told to “be strong” so many times that they’ve stopped asking for help.
Love That Endures
Mothers who miss their child with every breath. They don’t want to “move on,” but they do want to keep going.
Through compassionate coaching, grief education, healing rituals, journaling prompts, and community care, I help grieving mothers carry their pain—without carrying it alone. Whether you’re in the early waves of loss or years down the road still aching, I meet you where you are.
