Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, content, downloads, waitlists, memberships, communities, programs, workshops, and other services provided by P.P. Griffith, The Grieving Moms, and Rebuilding Her.

By using this website or purchasing or participating in an offering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Educational and Community Purpose

The content, resources, memberships, programs, workshops, and community discussions offered through P.P. Griffith, The Grieving Moms, Rebuilding Her, and The Present Again Method are intended for educational, informational, and peer-support purposes.

They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

P.P. Griffith's grief education services should not be interpreted as licensed clinical therapy unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Nothing provided through the website, membership, program, community, social media account, email, workbook, live session, or resource should be treated as medical or mental health advice.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professional support for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or crisis-related concerns.

If you are experiencing an emergency or immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your area.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

Grief is individual and unpredictable.

We do not guarantee that participation in Rebuilding Her, The Present Again Method, or any other offering will produce a specific emotional, personal, financial, relationship, health, or life outcome.

Any examples, stories, testimonials, or personal experiences shared are not guarantees that another person will experience the same results.

Community Participation

Rebuilding Her and related community spaces are intended to provide a respectful environment for bereaved mothers.

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, exploitation, spam, harmful behavior, or unauthorized promotion.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend participation, or remove members when necessary to protect the community.

Confidentiality in Community Spaces

Members are expected to respect the privacy of others.

Do not copy, record, screenshot, repost, share, distribute, or publicly identify another member's personal story, image, message, or information without that person's permission.

While we encourage confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that other community members will maintain confidentiality. Participants should use discretion when deciding what personal information to share.

Membership Fees

Rebuilding Her membership fees will be displayed at checkout.

If the membership is offered as a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged according to the billing schedule disclosed at the time of purchase.

Pricing may change in the future. Existing members will be notified when required before a pricing change applies to them.

Founding Member Pricing

If you join Rebuilding Her at a founding member rate, any conditions attached to that rate will be described at checkout.

Founding pricing may be limited to a specific enrollment period, number of members, or membership status.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership according to the cancellation instructions provided through the membership or billing platform.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

Refunds

Refund policies may vary by membership, program, workshop, or digital product.

The applicable refund policy will be stated on the checkout page or offer page before purchase.

For digital resources that are delivered immediately, refunds may be limited or unavailable after access or download, where permitted by law.

The Present Again Method

The Present Again Method is a structured grief-education and community-based experience, not therapy or clinical treatment.

Participants remain responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

Any program-specific support promise, extension policy, guarantee, attendance requirement, or completion requirement will be stated separately on the applicable enrollment page.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, workbooks, downloads, frameworks, course materials, written content, graphics, recordings, videos, worksheets, and resources are owned by or licensed to P.P. Griffith.

You may use purchased or downloaded materials for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, publish, teach from, modify for resale, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.

Recordings

Some live group sessions, workshops, or educational calls may be recorded.

If a session will be recorded, participants will be informed when appropriate. By participating in a recorded session, your voice, name, image, or comments may appear in the recording depending on your participation.

If you do not wish to appear, you may be given the option to keep your camera off, use limited identifying information, or participate through chat when available.

Testimonials and Community Content

We will not use a private member's personal story, image, name, testimonial, or identifying information for marketing without appropriate permission.

If permission is requested and granted, the intended use will be explained.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, community platform, email system, payment processor, downloads, or other third-party services.

Temporary outages, maintenance, technical failures, or third-party platform issues may occur.

Third-Party Links

Our website or resources may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, availability, or policies of third-party websites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P.P. Griffith, The Grieving Moms, and Rebuilding Her will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, community, educational content, programs, resources, or third-party platforms.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, participation, and use of the information provided.

Indemnification

You agree not to hold P.P. Griffith, The Grieving Moms, Rebuilding Her, or their representatives responsible for claims arising from your misuse of the website, materials, services, community, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as the business, website, membership, or services evolve.

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
